Two for Two

Wings over Iraq's Starbuck has two items of interest: a long-awaited review of David Kilcullen's new compilation on counterinsurgency and an interview with the Great Satan's Girlfriend.

Both the interview and the review broadly cover the future of COIN theory and practice. Unfortunately, no lolcats were involved, but if you follow his Twitter feed you can get plenty of those.
