My favorite example of Non-State Actor Super-Empowerment AND unconventional tactics.

As I like to say: "Если медведь может научиться кататься на велосипеде, все возможно" or "If a bear can learn to ride a bicycle, anything is possible." When I saw this video, I knew that I could do anything I set my mind to.
